Team Water Polo Suits

Viking Team suits are not required. However, if you do not purchase a team suit (or have a prior team suit), please wear a navy, black or purple suit.
Girls must wear water polo suits (that zip up the back) to games.
Boys can wear either a brief ("speedo") or jammers. Briefs are more common - especially among the older boys where more material means more chances to grab material.

Caps
Girls can wear any swim cap underneath the water polo cap. Mom advice: get a brightly colored cap (different from other girls). It helps you easily find your daughter in the water!
Eye Drops
Since water polo players cannot wear goggles, if your child's eyes are irritated coaches often recommend eye drops before games/practices for prevention and then gel drops after for relief.
