Hello Vikings, our first practice is next MONDAY, August 4th from 7:30 - 9:00PM.  Please be ready to be in the water by 7:30.  Practices are Monday and Wednesday.  Once we hit September practice time will move back to 8:15 - 9:45PM also Mon/Wed.  

Also, TODAY is Viking Visit Day at Lakeside from 1:00 - 6:30PM.  Viking Water Polo will be sharing a table with Swim and Dive so please stop by or consider helping staff the table.  

This is just a reminder email that we need all athletes to REGISTER for the 2025 Fall Water Polo ASAP. The GWPL has put hard restrictions on team roster deadline. We have to lock down our registration by AUGUST 4TH!!!This is a new requirement and that is why we are going to send out frequent reminders over the next few weeks. Please, please, please register and also share the email with ANYONE that is interested. We will be VERY limited on if we will be able to add new players after that date. Help us spread the word.

Here are all the details

The fall season will run from Monday, August 4th - October 5th. The cost is $300.00 per athlete and you must pay via Paypal The instructions for payment will be included at the end of the registration and in the email confirmation you will receive. Please note that the registration fee includes: pool rental fees, coaches’ fees, scrimmage pool fees, referee fees. Practices will be held at the Dynamo Swim Club (50-meter pool) located at 3119 Shallowford Rd NE, Chamblee, GA 30341.

All athletes must have a USA Water Polo Bronze membership or higher to participate, and you must do so BEFORE completing the Registration Form (in order that the player can be assigned an USAWP number). To register with USAWP, please go to https://usawaterpolo.org and click Join Now. The USAWP Membership also covers the player's athletic liability and insurance coverage for practice and games. When asked for club affiliation please select Georgia Water Polo League (GWPL)

When asked for Athlete ID, please enter your USA Water Polo membership ID!!!
