Hello Vikings!!!  We hope you had a wonderful 4th of July weekend and that your summer is going well.  It is hard to believe that it is already time to start to think about fall WATER POLO!!!  Please read through email because it is full of important information about the upcoming fall season.  Also, please forward this email to anyone that is INTERESTED in trying water polo.  We are always looking for new players to help fill our rosters.  We are especially in need of GIRLS!!!  Please help recruit new player because it not only helps us immediately, but also keeps the club alive for future seasons.   

The REGISTRATION FORM fort he Viking Water Polo Club Fall 2025 Season is LIVE!!!  

Here are all the details

The fall season will run from Monday, August 4th - October 5th. The cost is $300.00 per athlete and you must pay via Paypal The instructions for payment will be included at the end of the registration and in the email confirmation you will receive. Please contact Pam Hege ([email protected]) or William Higgins ([email protected]) with any questions about this registration or payment.

Please note that the registration fee includes: pool rental fees, coaches’ fees, scrimmage pool fees, referee fees. Practices will be held at the Dynamo Swim Club (50-meter pool) located at 3119 Shallowford Rd NE, Chamblee, GA 30341.

All athletes must have a USA Water Polo Bronze membership or higher to participate, and you must do so BEFORE completing the Registration Form (in order that the player can be assigned an USAWP number). To register with USAWP, please go to https://usawaterpolo.org and click Join Now. The USAWP Membership also covers the player's athletic liability and insurance coverage for practice and games. When asked for club affiliation please select Georgia Water Polo League (GWPL)

When asked for Athlete ID, please enter your USA Water Polo membership ID!!!

Be sure to sign up for the Viking Water Polo GroupMe, this is where we will post important updates throughout the season and it also allows coaches to communicate important messages before practices and game days.

• First Practice: Monday, August 5th
• Practices are Monday and Wednesday typically from 8:00 - 9:45PM (Subject to change)
• Location: Dynamo Swim Club (50-meter pool) located at 3119 Shallowford Rd NE, Chamblee, GA 30341
• Last practice will be Wednesday October 1st.
