Hello Vikings, the high school swim season is coming to a close this week and it is time to start thinking about water polo!!!  

The Viking Water Polo Club is hosting a Spring Water Polo Season that focuses on: Conditioning, Skills, and introducing the sport to new players! There will be some scrimmages planned but details are TBD.  All GWPL players and new prospects are welcome to join as long as you have an active USA Water Polo bronze membership or above.  So please invite your friends even if they from a different club during the Fall!  Also, if we have enough players interested we may form a team or two and go to a tournament this summer!!!  So much to look forward to this spring.

• When: First Practice is Monday, February 24th from 8:10 - 9:45PM
  • Practice every Monday and Wednesday from 8:10 - 9:45PM
  • No Practice during DeKalb Co. Spring Break (April 7th - 11th)

More information will be sent out as we get a little closer to the first practice but we wanted to make sure we start spreading the word and work on finding new players that may want to try water polo.  So please feel free to forward this message to anyone that is interested.  

We are working on  having a Water Polo open house on Saturday March 1st that would be a great way to introduce the sport to new players.  But, we are still working out the details on that.  So stay tuned.
